IWM has announced its attendance at the upcoming Professional Woodworking Expo 2026, which takes place from 23–25 June, where visitors can meet the team in Hall 2, on Stand E11.

As a leading supplier of specialist woodworking and waste-processing equipment, IWM will demonstrate a range of innovative machinery designed to improve workshop efficiency, reduce waste and support more sustainable production for wood manufacturers, joinery companies and production facilities of all sizes.
At this year’s exhibition, the company will showcase three stand-out models from the highly regarded Falach briquette machine range – proven solutions for converting wood waste into compact, renewable fuel briquettes.
Falach 20 Cube – compact power for smaller workshops
Ideal for smaller woodworking businesses and independent workshops, the Falach 20 Cube is a highly efficient compact briquetting machine designed for companies looking to maximise waste handling without sacrificing valuable floor space.
Despite its compact footprint, the machine delivers excellent compression performance, transforming sawdust, shavings and fine wood waste into dense, solid briquettes that can be used as an economical and environmentally friendly heat source.

The Falach 20 Cube is particularly suited to smaller workshops aiming to reduce disposal costs while turning waste by-products into a usable energy resource.
Falach 50 MK2 – the proven best seller
The Falach 50 MK2 – widely used by medium-sized joinery and woodworking operations – remains one of IWM’s most popular briquette machines, renowned for its durability, strong throughput and dependable performance.
The machine efficiently compresses sawdust and wood waste into uniform solid briquettes that offer cleaner handling, easier storage and a renewable source of heat. The latest improved model now includes hopper shakers for improved material flow. For businesses aiming to improve sustainability while reducing waste management costs, the Falach 50 MK2 continues to be a trusted investment.
Falach 50XL MK2 – The latest addition to the range
A major highlight on the stand will be the new Falach 50XL MK2 – the latest addition to the briquetting range, which features a new and improved bigger hopper with shakers to hold more material. Designed for customers requiring increased hopper capacity, it’s ideally suited for installation beneath extraction systems, enabling the efficient collection and processing of larger volumes of dust and shavings.
Perfect for larger workshops and higher-volume manufacturers, the Falach 50XL MK2 delivers greater productivity while supporting more effective waste reduction and stronger sustainability goals.

Live demonstrations – see waste become renewable energy
All three Falach briquette machines will run live throughout the exhibition, giving visitors the opportunity to see first-hand how effectively sawdust and fine wood waste can be transformed into compact, solid briquettes.
The demonstrations will highlight how woodworking waste can become a valuable by-product, creating a renewable heat source while reducing disposal costs and improving workshop efficiency.
Robust SD450 shredder – compact yet highly effective
Also on display will be the Robust SD450 small shredder – a powerful and compact waste processing solution designed for workshops handling offcuts, timber waste and smaller wood residues.
The SD450 reduces bulky waste material into manageable, uniform sizes, making disposal, recycling and further processing significantly easier. Its robust construction, reliable performance and practical footprint make the SD450 an excellent addition for workshops seeking improved material handling and waste management.
Window & door manufacturing solutions
While not physically displayed on the stand, IWM’s specialist machinery for window and door production will also be available for discussion.

IWM is the UK partner for Soukup Window CNC Machinery, specialists in sliding sash, casement window and door production. Soukup CNC Window Machining Centres are already in daily use at leading UK joinery companies, combining traditional joinery expertise with modern CNC automation. Featured solutions include the Soukup Wizard 4L, Soukup Crafter and Soukup Versa Max, each designed to improve productivity, consistency and machining precision.
A Soukup Crafter CNC Window Machining Centre can allow a single operator to produce up to 8-12 complete sliding sash windows, 15-20 casement windows or 30-40 single sashes per day, demonstrating the efficiency and repeatability of CNC production.
The IWM team will be available throughout the show to discuss how these systems can help manufacturers improve productivity, accuracy and output quality.
Whether visitors are looking to reduce waste, create renewable energy from sawdust, improve shredding efficiency or explore advanced joinery production equipment, IWM will be available at Hall 2 on Stand E11, throughout the exhibition.
