For more than 25 years, Intorex has been at the forefront of CNC machine design and manufacture, supplying advanced solutions to industries producing stair parts, furniture components and bespoke timber products.
The company’s focus has always been on providing customers with the latest technology to improve productivity, quality and manufacturing flexibility.
The latest innovation is the new EPIC 5-axis CNC machining centre, which features an impressive 23 CNC-controlled axes. The machine incorporates the same shaping, routing, turning and sanding technology used on the highly successful TMC model, but with a major advancement – double-sided machining capability.

This allows two components to be loaded, machined and sanded simultaneously, significantly increasing production output without compromising versatility.
Customers can also configure the machine to suit their specific production requirements by selecting only the machining heads required.

Another key development is the TMC3000 ST’s CNC-controlled rotary table, capable of full 360° operation with either pneumatic or vacuum clamping. This enables machining on all faces and ends of a component, offering a level of flexibility and precision that many conventional 5-axis CNC machines can’t achieve.
For manufacturers producing standard turned stair and furniture components, Intorex also offers five models of CNC lathes, which are designed to deliver high levels of efficiency and consistency.
