The new portable ML014G Tower Light from Makita provides bright task lighting on construction sites where no mains power is available

Compatible with both 18V LXT and 40V XGT batteries, the light delivers a maximum luminous flux of 15,000 lumens and is easy to carry and set up.

The cordless, battery-operated site light offers excellent flexibility, allowing trade professionals to adjust both its height and light angle to suit the application and provide optimal illumination.

The ML014G Tower Light features an integrated tripod, offering simple and stable set-up via a slide handle. Highly adaptable, users can manually adjust its height from 1,085mm to 2,430mm. The light angle can also be adjusted to suit different working environments. Designed for maximum flexibility, the light comprises a base and three separate light heads, each of which can rotate 180 degrees both vertically and horizontally.

Kevin Brannigan, Marketing Manager at Makita, said: “With excellent portability, the new ML014G Tower Light addresses all the key challenges associated with providing illumination on construction sites. Even when no mains power source is available, users can get set up and ready to work quickly and easily, benefiting from wide, bright and adjustable lighting at 5,000 Kelvin.”

When used with Makita’s BL4080F and BL18120 Li-ion batteries, the new ML014G Tower Light can achieve a run time of up to 48 hours at its minimum light level and 3.6 hours at maximum output.
