Milwaukee® launches M18 FUEL™ M-Class AC/DC dual battery dust extractor with VACLINK™

Introducing the new M18 FUEL™* M-Class AC/DC dual battery dust extractor from Milwaukee®. With high sustained airflow for all-day productivity and integrated VACLINK™ wireless dust control, this solution redefines cordless dust extraction.

This innovative extractor sets new standards for productivity and safety on job sites across general contracting, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and remodelling trades.

The M18 FUEL™ M-Class AC/DC dual battery dust extractor with VACLINK™ features an automatic filter cleaning mechanism and two HEPA H13 filters, capturing up to 99.9% of harmful dust including MDF, plaster, cement and concrete. The system maintains consistent airflow to maximise efficiency, ensuring users remain productive throughout dust extraction tasks. It also includes a low-flow alarm to alert users when airflow drops below optimal levels. Capable of wet clean-up, the extractor is equipped with water sensors that indicate when the tank is full.

When paired with two M18™ FORGE™ 12.0Ah batteries, the extractor runs for up to 70 minutes on low and 40 minutes on high power mode, delivering an air flow rate of 1,980l/min in DC mode (2,550l/min in AC mode).

Equipped with VACLINK™ wireless dust control technology, the extractor can be paired with VACLINK™-compatible tools or remotes to activate dust extraction automatically during dust-producing applications. It comes with a VACLINK™ wireless dust control remote, enabling users to start and stop the extractor wirelessly. It also includes an anti-static, crush- and twist-resistant 3m hose for extended service life.

As an added benefit, the M18 FUEL™ M-Class AC/DC dual battery dust extractor with VACLINK™ is compatible with the PACKOUT™ modular storage system, giving users enhanced convenience and organisation. This compatibility reduces trips around the job site, allowing professionals to focus more time on their work.
