Mirka Ltd broadens high-performance offering with Hermes Schleifmittel acquisition

Mirka Ltd recently acquired all bonded conventional abrasive wheel assets of Hermes Schleifmittel GmbH, a leading manufacturer in the abrasives sector.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Mirka’s position in the precision grinding market, expanding its offering of high-performance solutions designed for industrial customers. 

With the integration of Hermes’ bonded abrasive wheel expertise, Mirka is preparing to launch a new range of bonded abrasive wheels, which are designed to meet the highest demands of precision and durability.
