The official Professional Woodworking Expo 2026 Event Preview is now available, giving woodworking and joinery professionals an early look at what to expect when the show opens at the NEC Birmingham from 23–25 June 2026.

Taking place in Hall 2, the 2026 event will bring together the full woodworking supply chain, from independent craftspeople to large-scale manufacturers. Visitors will be able to explore woodworking machinery and CNC technology, hand and power tools, timber, boards and materials, joinery systems and components, finishing products and coatings, workshop equipment, software, training and business support services.

The preview highlights a packed programme of live demonstrations and practical feature areas, including the Window Manufacturing Zone, Machinery Showcase, Innovation Station and Carpentry Skills Hub. These areas will give visitors the opportunity to see machinery, tools, materials and techniques in action, compare performance, as well as gaining practical advice they can apply directly to the workshop or onsite.

Professional Woodworking Expo 2026 is expected to welcome more than 6,000 trade visitors and over 200 exhibitors, alongside four dedicated machinery and demonstration zones, creating a focused environment for product discovery, supplier meetings, learning and networking.

A new format for 2026

Professional Woodworking Expo is co-located with InstallerSHOW and the Painting & Decorating Show, giving visitors access to three trade events with one ticket. The preview explains how the co-location creates a broader view of the trades ecosystem, from structural and installation work through to the final finish.
