Materials-handling specialist Combilift is excited to return to LIGNA, where it will showcase an innovative line-up of safe, efficient and space-saving solutions tailored to the specific needs of woodworking and timber industries.
The Irish manufacturer offers a broad range of equipment, including multi-directional forklifts like the C-Series and Combi-CB; the articulated Aisle Master; pedestrian stackers; powered pallet trucks; Straddle Carriers; plus the Combi-CSS for safe loading and unloading of containers. With around 18 exhibits on display, Combilift will demonstrate its ability to tackle virtually every handling and storage challenge in the timber, joinery and furniture sectors.

The previous edition of LIGNA in 2023 coincided with Combilift’s 25th anniversary and marked the launch of the Combi-CB70E – a multi-directional electric forklift that underscores the company’s commitment to the timber industry. With a 7-tonne lift capacity, the Combi-CB70E is the most compact counterbalance truck in its class.
Owing to a small footprint and lateral movement capabilities, it’s ideal for navigating tight spaces and narrow aisles, especially when handling long, bulky timber loads. Designed with operator comfort in mind, the model won Ergonomic Innovation of the Year at the latest UK Materials Handling Association Awards.
Combilift co-founder and CEO, Martin McVicar, commented: “Almost every model in our extensive range is now available with electric power. The growing lift capacities meet the demand for more powerful equipment while helping companies reach their sustainability goals.”
