Lamello is expanding its product range with a ground-breaking solution for lightweight construction: the new LC P-16.

This innovative product facilitates strong, detachable connections without the need for concealed timber edges, combining efficiency with aesthetic precision. With the LC P-16, Lamello sets new standards in joining technology for lightweight materials.

P-System connection for lightweight materials & fast installation

The LC P-16 combines the advantages of lightweight construction with the efficiency of Clamex technology. Thanks to its width, the LC P-16 anchors securely in the surface layers and serves as an adaptor for inserting a Clamex P-14 connector.

Streamlined manufacturing with simple assembly

The LC P-16 lightweight connector significantly optimises both machining and assembly processes. Eliminating the need for concealed timber edges not only saves material but also accelerates production. Assembly is fast and straightforward – the connector is simply slid into place, removing the need for gluing and eliminating associated waiting times.

Full compatibility with the Clamex P family

The LC P-16 provides secure anchoring for Clamex P-14 connector halves in the edges of lightweight panels. The Clamex P-10 connector half can be inserted directly into the surface. Alternatively, the Clamex P-14 Flexus or Clamex P-14 CNC connectors can also be used. For surface installation, the Clamex P-10 is particularly well-suited.

Three product sizes for maximum flexibility

Lamello offers the LC P-16 in three sizes: LC P-16 × 11; LC P-16 × 17; and LC P-16 × 22. These variants enable precise, reliable joints in the most common lightweight panels. Machining involves two to three steps, carried out either with the Zeta P2 or more efficiently via a CNC machining centre. The LC P-16 Configurator helps determine the correct product size and milling positions for each specific application.
