MILWAUKEE® expands its industry-leading M18 FUEL™ range with the introduction of the M18 FUEL™ 165 mm Deep Cut Circular Saw, engineered to deliver fast, controlled cutting performance in its class.

Designed for users who require deeper cuts without compromising power or portability, the M18 FUEL™ 165 mm Deep Cut Circular Saw offers a maximum cutting depth of 66 mm at 90°, enabling efficient cutting through engineered timber, thick sheet materials, composites and construction-grade hardwoods.

Engineered with both upper and lower guards, the saw provides jobsite-ready durability without unnecessary weight.

A redesigned integrated dust port improves extraction efficiency, keeping cut lines visible and reducing rework. The saw features a bevel capacity from 0° to 45°, with an additional –5° option to cover a wider range of applications.

When used with the GA-165 Guide Rail Adapter, the saw enables precise, controlled cuts along a guide rail, supporting professional applications such as framing, roofing, cladding, and joinery.

Powered by MILWAUKEE®’s exclusive POWERSTATE™ Brushless Motor, the saw maintains speed under load for faster, cleaner cuts. The REDLINK PLUS™ Intelligence System ensures maximum tool and battery protection, while the REDLITHIUM™ battery platform provides extended runtime for continuous on-site productivity.
