TRA names Chris Powell as Eastern Region Chair

Chris Powell has been appointed Eastern Region Chair of the Trussed Rafter Association (TRA).

 

Chris is Sector Director – Residential at Saint-Gobain Off-Site Solutions, the organisation behind market-leading systems from Pasquill, a national specialist in trussed rafters and timber engineering. With more than 20 years’ experience in timber engineering and off-site construction, he brings strong commercial, technical and leadership expertise to the TRA.

Chris’ career includes senior roles in sales and design, where he established a track record of driving growth, improving margins and leading high-performing teams across multiple UK locations. He’s also been instrumental in advancing modern methods of construction and fostering collaboration in housing delivery.

 

A long-standing advocate for off-site innovation, Chris is committed to raising standards of quality, compliance and sustainability across the industry. This appointment as Eastern Region Chair reflects his deep market knowledge and dedication to supporting members in shaping the future of engineered timber solutions.
