Liam’s promotion, effective from May 2026, recognises the significant impact he’s already made while working alongside Alex Thomas, Head of Support and Implementation. Liam has helped to drive operational improvements, particularly around DevOps processes, while continuing to develop new features and resolve technical issues directly.

This new role reflects his consistent willingness to step up, take ownership and deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Gareth O’Brien, Director of EndtoEnd IT Ltd, said: “Liam has shown real leadership in the way he approaches challenges and supports the wider team. We know that investing in staff development and creating opportunities is a win for both the company and our customers.”

Sophie joined the team in March 2026 after studying Computer Science at the University of Salford. She’s already demonstrated a proactive approach, adapting quickly and showing genuine enthusiasm for resolving issues and supporting customers. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys travelling, exploring new places and staying active through running. Her positive attitude and sense of humour have already made her a valued addition to the team.

“Sophie has settled in brilliantly,” Gareth added. “Her enthusiasm and adaptability make her a fantastic fit and we’re delighted to welcome her to the team for the benefit of both EndtoEnd and integrate users.”

This team growth reflects continued business growth. EndtoEnd IT was recently shortlisted for industry recognition, with integrateCONNECT named a finalist for Best Technical Innovation. The company has also welcomed several new clients this year, including The Timber Double Glazing Company, Rindi’s Bespoke Joinery, The Conservation Sash Window Company and Greenage Windows.

As EndtoEnd IT and its software solutions continue to grow, the company remains focused on delivering tailored support for the window and door industry.

Gareth added: “The appointments of Liam and Sophie show how we’re responding to increasing demand while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. Companies choosing integrate can streamline their operations with confidence, knowing they’ve not only a software platform that supports business growth, but also the backing of a dedicated team of industry experts.”
