As integrate software continues to transform the window and door industry, EndtoEnd IT Ltd announces a significant leadership promotion and team expansion to support its accelerating growth.

An outstanding first half of 2025 – including the launch of integrateCONNECT – has seen EndtoEnd strengthen its position as the industry’s leading software solutions provider. To build on this momentum, from 1 July 2025, EndtoEnd has promoted Alex Thomas to Head of Support and Implementation.

Alex, who joined EndtoEnd as a Customer Support Analyst in April 2024, has consistently impressed both colleagues and customers with his methodical approach and technical expertise. His background in front-line system support at NatWest, combined with his PhD and CompTIA A+ and Network+ qualifications, has made him an invaluable asset to the team.

Since joining the company, Alex has demonstrated exceptional leadership potential while working alongside fellow Support Analysts Josh Holden and Liam Simkin. His new role will see him take strategic oversight of customer implementations, support operations and the ongoing development of EndtoEnd’s support framework.

“Alex has shown remarkable growth and leadership from day one,” said Gareth O’Brien, Director of EndtoEnd IT Ltd. “His analytical skills, attention to detail and genuine commitment to customer success make him the perfect person to lead our support and implementation teams. This promotion reflects both his individual excellence and our confidence in the future.”

The promotion comes as EndtoEnd continues to expand its operations following a highly successful FIT Show, where the launch of integrateCONNECT attracted significant interest from new customers. The company is also actively recruiting a Sales Support Assistant to join its growing team, which reflects the increasing demand for integrate across the window and door industry and the influx of new business following the trade show.

To accommodate this growth, EndtoEnd is expanding its footprint at The Craggs Country Business Park in Halifax, taking over additional space to provide room for the growing team while maintaining the collaborative environment that has driven its success.

Alex’s expanded responsibilities will include overseeing customer onboarding, managing the support team’s workflow and ensuring the seamless integration of customer feedback into product development. His role will be crucial in maintaining the personal service that sets EndtoEnd apart from other software providers.

“We pride ourselves on being an extension of our customers’ teams,” added Gareth. “Alex’s promotion ensures we can continue delivering that personal touch while scaling our operations to meet growing demand. His combination of technical expertise and customer focus exemplifies what EndtoEnd is all about.”

The strength of integrate lies in its ability to adapt and evolve based on customer needs. Alex will play a key role in this process, ensuring that customer insights drive continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of support and implementation.

In his spare time, Alex enjoys exploring the beautiful Calder Valley countryside around his home in Hebden Bridge. No doubt he’ll be using some of those countryside walks to plot new ways to enhance the customer experience!
