TM3200C-M2 high-performance twin-table vinyl press for precision laminating

The TM3200C-M2 is a high-performance twin-table vinyl press, which is purpose-built for laminating PVC films onto MDF panels. Featuring a smart, pin-loaded vacuum membrane system with automatic pin support, it ensures precise panel alignment every time. 

This makes it an ideal solution for those manufacturers producing cabinet doors, decorative panels and other furniture components with complex 3D shapes. Its emphasis on speed, accuracy and consistent quality helps streamline production while reducing any errors.

Dual heating system

One of the machine’s key advantages is its dual heating system. The top heater delivers 25.2kW and the bottom heater 14.4kW – both designed to switch to half power once optimal temperature is reached, conserving energy without compromising performance. The oil heating system, supported by a 0.4kW heat transfer pump, ensures even heat distribution – essential for achieving flawless finishes on detailed surfaces.

Two working tables for efficiency

Built for efficiency, the TM3200C-M2 features two large working tables – each measuring 2,880 × 1,580 × 40mm – with a working size of 2,580 × 1,330 × 40mm. 

In order to maintain continuous production, operators can load one table while the other is in operation. Typical cycle times range from just 2-4 minutes, and the press can handle material up to 50mm thick. 

Flexible & durable

Operating across a wide pressure range – vacuum pressure down to 0.095 bar, positive pressure up to 6 bar and membrane pressure between 3 and 5 bar – it offers the flexibility needed for various materials and applications.

The system is controlled by a reliable OMRON PLC and powered by a high-performance BECKER 100 vacuum pump. Engineered for durability, the TM3200C-M2 weighs 14,500kg and has a footprint of 9,600 × 2,150 × 2,250mm, making it well-suited to heavy-duty manufacturing environments.
